Collectorcon Partners — Terms
Who can join
Anyone aged 18 or over. We approve applications at our discretion and may decline without giving a reason.
What you earn
2.5% of the order value on every qualifying order placed through your link or code, taken as cash via PayPal or as store credit at 2.4× the cash value. You choose your payout method and can change it at any time.
What counts
Orders placed through your affiliate link within 30 days of the click, or any order using your discount code. Order value means the product total before shipping and tax.
What doesn't count
- Your own orders, or orders to your own address
- Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back — commission is reversed
- Orders where your code was used alongside a stacking discount that voids it
Getting paid
Commissions are approved 30 days after an order ships, which covers our returns window. Approved commissions are paid monthly once your balance is over £25. Below £25 it rolls over.
How to promote — and how not to
Share your link and code anywhere you'd naturally talk about cards: social, video, streams, group chats, or in person at events.
Please don't:
- Bid on “Collectorcon” or close variants in paid search
- Post your code to voucher, coupon or deal aggregator sites
- Imply you speak for Collectorcon, or make claims about products we haven't made
- Use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading advertising
- Buy through your own code, or arrange for others to do so on your behalf
Your tax position
You're an independent partner, not an employee. You're responsible for declaring your earnings to HMRC. We'll provide payout records whenever you need them.
Ending it
Either of us can end the arrangement at any time. If you break these terms we may withhold unpaid commission and close your account. Approved commissions earned in good faith before that point will still be paid.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email you before anything material changes.
