Refund policy

All sales are final unless required by law.

Due to the nature of trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, mystery packs and collectible items, we do not accept discretionary returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This is because collectible cards and sealed products can be opened, swapped, tampered with, resealed or replaced with fraudulent cards after delivery.

Please take this into account before placing your order. By ordering from our store, you confirm that you understand the nature of collectible card products and accept that all sales are final, subject to your statutory rights.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, market price changes after purchase, opened sealed products, cards removed from their original packaging, graded cards removed from their case, items that have been handled, altered, swapped, damaged or tampered with, or mystery products where the contents are not the card or value expected.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the packaging, the item, and any damage. We will review the issue in line with your statutory rights.

Items Sent To Us

If you are sending cards, sealed products, graded cards or any other collectible items to us, it is the owner’s responsibility to make sure the goods are packed safely and securely.

Items must be protected properly using suitable packaging, such as sleeves, top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, cardboard protection, boxes or other suitable materials depending on the item.

If cards or products are sent to us without proper packaging, and we consider the packaging unsafe, insufficient or likely to cause damage, the item may be returned in the same packaging it arrived in.

We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging, weak packaging, loose items inside parcels, lack of protection or incorrect packing by the sender.

A packing guide can be provided before you send items to us to avoid any confusion. It is the sender’s responsibility to request and follow this guide before posting any goods.

Return Shipping

Where a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returned items must be packed securely. We may refuse a return if the item has been damaged due to poor return packaging or if there are signs of tampering, replacement, resealing or fraud.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
